You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your rbazee login credentials. rbazee will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify rbazee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
In order to comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, rbazee operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time determined by rbazee's compliance team — you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. VIP tier accounts may have elevated deposit ceilings as communicated by their account manager.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your rbazee account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on network conditions. rbazee does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
rbazee reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Any deposit deemed suspicious may be frozen pending review by the compliance team.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the requesting account, and only where that payment method is registered in the account holder's own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the security of player funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated within the player dashboard. rbazee reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments over consecutive business days without advance notice.
Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:

Where such patterns are detected, rbazee reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any derived winnings, and close the account.
All games available on the rbazee Platform — including slots, live casino tables, Blackjack, Jackpot Fishing, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All virtual game outcomes on rbazee are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). These systems have been tested by independent auditors to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. No party, including rbazee staff, has the ability to influence individual game outcomes.
Live casino games are delivered via regulated live dealer studios operated by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, rbazee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. rbazee's decision regarding the resolution of malfunction-related disputes is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rbazee Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

Any player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). rbazee reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbazee makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond the entertainment gaming services described in these Terms.
rbazee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbazee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
